Do you source used cars as well?
No. On the buying side AutoLetGo sources new vehicles only. If you own a used car, AutoLetGo can buy it from you through our car buying service.
Which makes and models can you source?
AutoLetGo can source many new makes and models, including Porsche, Subaru, Toyota, Cadillac, and GMC. For a hard-to-find configuration the team may be able to help arrange a factory order. Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid are not included in the new-car sourcing service.
What if I am not sure which car I want?
You don’t need to know the exact make or model to get started. Call our team at (650) 534-2886 to talk through your needs, and we’ll help you narrow down the options before the search begins. Help choosing and sourcing a new car is $595 per vehicle; sourcing a car you have already chosen is $495. Business and fleet service starts at $395 for the first vehicle.
Do you negotiate the price with the dealer?
Yes. AutoLetGo negotiates the vehicle price with franchised dealers on your behalf, so you don’t have to go back and forth with multiple dealerships.
How long does it take to find my car?
Usually up to a week, depending on the vehicle and its availability. A factory order takes longer and depends on the manufacturer.
Do you deliver the car to my home?
Yes. Once you choose a vehicle and agree to the terms, we arrange delivery and the purchase paperwork at your location in the Bay Area.
Should I trade in my car or sell it separately?
In California, a trade-in doesn’t reduce the sales tax on your new car — tax is charged on the full price. That’s one reason some buyers sell their current car separately. AutoLetGo can make you an offer on your current car while we source your new one, so you can compare it with the dealer’s trade-in offer.
